Cooling System

With fuel prices continuously rising, consumers demand smaller, lighter engines and are purchasing hybrids and eco-friendly vehicles. For most consumers, larger vehicles are neither trendy nor feasible and the effects to the environment are a top concern.

Our mission is to downsize. When it comes to designing an engine, we are constantly striving to maximize engine weight loss and ultimately reduce permeation rates. We are proud to say that with our newly designed cooling systems, there are currently one million cars with a weight loss of more than thirty percent each.

We believe that thinking smaller can make a large difference.



Air Intake and Induction

A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

For every vehicle there are at least fifty chances of a breakdown in its lifetime. Unfortunately we never know when these breakdowns will occur, but we do know that the breakdowns are always related to the vehicle’s interior parts.

There are two-hundred clamps in each vehicle. Imagine if each clamp were never the cause of a breakdown. One single poor quality clamp can cause an outrage, making quality of extreme importance.

At NORMA Group we don’t strive to reduce leakages; we strive to eliminate them and minimize the number of potential leaking paths. We work actively together with legislation requirements to reduce permeation rates, including reducing leakages.

Infrastructure

We can offer you leak-proof connections with certificates and an absolute safety connection in every cast iron dimension. With a complete range from DN 40 up to DN 600, we are the only company with a complete DCS product range. This means that we are able to provide a solution for every cast iron drainage connection.

We also offer a wide range of FGR pipe couplings with different types of axial restraint and non-axial restraint couplings, sizes between 26 mm to 2100mm, weld-free connections, and repair couplings. All features are designed for joining metal, plastic pipes and combination materials. Our connectors and joining systems focus on saving weight, dimensions and the environment. No leakage, no pollution.

The end consumer is important. With features like insert strips, we ensure that the end consumer can easily and cost-efficiently install, repair and/or join pipes. Assembly shouldn’t be rocket science, which is why our assemblies are quick, easy and economic.
