Work-Life-Balance at NORMA Germany GmbH
An alliance of public authorities within the district administration of the Main-Kinzig-Kreis dedicated to the support of family life has recently invited companies in this area to take part in a competition focusing on work-life-balance schemes. Since NORMA Germany GmbH and its predecessor Rasmussen GmbH have long been meeting quite a lot of requirements set forth by the committee, we decided to propose our company for the registration as a “family-friendly” enterprise. Our application was based on a list of items including among others part time work and flexible working hours, a summer fête, Christmas dinner for each department, etc.
We are proud to announce that NORMA Germany GmbH has been accepted and will be added on the list of family-friendly companies in our district.
We feel that this award is a challenge and gives reason to do even more with regard to a continuous improvement of work-life-balance in our company.
